Two former Permanent Secretaries of the Cross River State Ministry of Finance Dr. Effenji Ferdinand Odey and Barr. Gabriel Ikang had on Friday, 10th of January, 2025 call for the teaching and cascading of financial regulations to public civil servants in the state.   In the spirit of the Yuletide season, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has distributed thousands of bags of rice and essential items to key stakeholders in Cross River State, ensuring that traditional rulers, security agencies, and top government functionaries are not left out of the festive cheer.
