Teaching, Cascading of Financial Regulations are Key to Public Civil Servants: Former Permanent Secretaries Ministry of Finance tells successor

Two former Permanent Secretaries of the Cross River State Ministry of Finance Dr. Effenji Ferdinand Odey and Barr. Gabriel Ikang had on Friday, 10th of January, 2025 call for the teaching and cascading of financial regulations to public civil servants in the state. They disclosed this during a courtesy visit to the current Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance Ajah Francis Ajah at the office premises in Calabar. The former Permanent Secretaries praised the recent coordination and the several achievements of the finance ministry and emphasized the need for sustenance. Yuletide: Cross River NDDC Commissioner Distributes Thousands of Bags of Rice, Essential Items to Traditional Rulers, Security Heads, Government Officials

  In the spirit of the Yuletide season, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has distributed thousands of bags of rice and essential items to key stakeholders in Cross River State, ensuring that traditional rulers, security agencies, and top government functionaries are not left out of the festive cheer. The distribution exercise, which involved hundreds of 50kg bags of rice and several cartons of vegetable oil, was personally supervised by the NDDC Commissioner representing Cross River State, Rt.
