In an effort to meet some of the less privileged members of the society and offer them unequivocal , dynamic and quality healthcare, the Cross River State Government has partnered with the Nigerian Medical Association , Cross River State Chapter in organizing a medical Outreach in Calabar, the Cross River State Capital. The outreach which witnessed over 800 beneficiaries drawn across several wards in Calabar Municipal Area Council, is said to be a complimentary effort by all and sundry to improve the health and wellness of all categories of people including pregnant, nursing, aged and young people in the society.
