UNICAL POSTPONES MATRICULATION

  The University of Calabar has announced the postponement of the Institution's Matriculation ceremony earlier scheduled for Friday, October 8, 2021. According to information made available to the Public Relations Unit, by the Registrar of the Institution, Mr. Gabriel Egbe, the shift in date is necessitated by the need to afford all freshmen ample time to complete all registration requirements. Consequently, the Matriculation ceremony will now hold on Friday 29th October, 2021.  The University Management admonishes all Freshmen and the entire university community to be guided by the new development, even as every inconvenience is highly regretted.

School Of Nursing Calabar Matriculation: Health Commissioner To Reward Best Graduating Student With Half A Million

Cross River state in the last 12 months has recorded unprecedented heights in the health sector and the nursing profession in particular. For the first time in history, Governor Ayade achieved full accreditation of all Schools of Nursing in Cross River state with increased intake approval from 30 intake capacity to 100-150 across the schools.
