  The woman seen in a viral video undressed and tied to a chair at the Top View hotel in Abuja has narrated her ordeal in the hands of a suspected fraudster, identified as Joseph Efe. The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) FCT Command paraded the 30-year-old suspect on Friday, September 20 after the video of the incident went viral.
