Youth Development Commissioner Welcomes Amis Integres Team, Commits to Strategic Partnership

In a significant step towards strengthening youth development initiatives, the Commissioner for Youth Development and Skills Acquisition, Barr. Ijom Ukam, welcomed the Amis Integres team to his office yesterday for a familiarization visit.

During the meeting, Barr. Ukam praised the initiative taken by professionals at the University of Cross River State for coming together to contribute positively to the state and the nation. C'River State sets aside Jan 27 for Environmental Sanitation Exercise

The Cross River State Government has announced Saturday, January 27, 2024, between the hours of 7 am and 10 am as a day for environmental sanitation exercises across the state. The release signed by the Honourable Commissioner Ministry of Environment, Hon. Moses Osogi stipulates that movement of people and vehicles during the period shall be restricted except for those on essential duties. He urged business owners and residents to partake in the cleaning and evacuation of waste around their surroundings during the hours of sanitation.
