FG Nominates C'River Finance Commissioner Asuquo Ekpenyong Jr for National Assignment

  Federal Ministry of Finance has nominated Cross River State Commissioner for Finance, Mr Asuquo Ekpenyong Jr as a member of Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for 2020 National Council On Finance and Economic Development (NACOFED) Conference in Abuja.   The Honroable Commissioner for Finance and Chairman of the Cross River State SFTAS Steering Committee, Mr Asuquo Ekpenyong Jr has revealed that Cross River State has earned $5,000,000 for its 2020 amended budget meeting relevant criteria and objectives set by the world bank under the State Fiscal Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability Program for Results. Ward Leaders Intervene as Group Withdraws Planned Recall of Councillor in Cross River

The ward leaders of both the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Erei-South Ward have intervened in the planned recall of Councillor, Mr. Edwin Ukam Inyang since after our report on the recall processes yesterday.
